早晨的热声

Morning Warm Up



1.When you wake up,your voice is groggy ,go with that grogginess.
Don't resist it,go with it 。
早晨,当你起来时,感觉声音比较沙哑低沉;随着声音的低沉开始发声。别抗拒它,顺着它。

2.Then slide up to upper range.Hoping it is moving without any tension.
然后以此状态滑上较高的音域,而不感到紧绷。

3.Then the pharynx(making sound),if the sound goes kinda chocky,goes to
something that can gives you a little more chords closure.
来到咽腔的部分(发出声音),若它感觉还很虚或散,再尝试另一种发声,
能促使声带更合拢。

Note:not a forceful sound or yelling. If you yell, you are causing yourself
disservice .
备注:千万不要强迫声音,或用喊的方式。不然,您将导致损伤。
